So... I haven't been uploading anything in a long while. I have been making a lot of stuff but I never want to present it because it's all been savory items that I don't really want to or can't plate up in a nice way. PLUS I've gone vegan so I tinker with a lot of my recipes now.

And I'm busy working on my Capstone portfolio that's due in six months. I'm pretty much setting up a restaurant. It's like I would have it all in order and would only need the loan from a bank to open it up. It's a whole lot of work and I want to make it good.

Been needing a job, too, and haven't gotten hired yet. Almost did a couple of times, but was beat out by more... qualified... candidates.

I'll just upload some sketches of future chocolate and sugar art that I've been doing. I'm not a good artist BUT perfect practice makes perfect.

I can't take the class until late in the college schedule; around seventh or eight semester. I cannot wait for that. I just don't want to make too much noise with the scanner right now.

I'm not going to upload anything. I trashed it all. I can't get any drawing of any sort done without being overly critical of myself. I would much rather just wait and get my supplies (at least liquid glucose and tragacanth) then do some sugarpaste sculpting.
